Lakeview heights is the second largest stock of industrial land 295 acres, 21%,
is located within the Lakeview Heights area. The present mixes of development
in the area comprise a range of uses from  industrial
and warehousing, to tourist attractions, service commercial uses, and gravel
extraction. Lakeview Heights has a dominant industrial park area located along
the west side of Highway 97
at Westlake Rd., which represents an important resource for the future employment
base on the west side of Lake Okanagan. An emphasis is placed upon buffers and
