Black Mountain is a rural subdivision about 10 miles form the city. The lots are large and there is a good elementary school in this neighborhood. The homes are slightly older and the area attracts young and older families.
The Black Mountain Real Estate sub-area is the area north of Mission Creek and east of Hollywood Road South, east of Teasdale and Springfield Roads and due east at junction of Springfield and Highway 33, to but not including
Goudie Road.
