Westside

Westside became its own municipality in 2007.  It includes the area of West Kelowna, Lakeview Heights, Shannon Lake, Smith Creek, Westbank, and Glenrosa.  The area of Westside provides a variety of living options including Lakefront, single family homes, multi-family homes and condos.  Home areas are located in either free-hold land areas or leased land within the Westside First Nation's Reserve.  Westside is growing quickly.  Both outward and up in terms of home developments, and quickly becoming a shopping mecca with a variety of box stores moving into the area including Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Superstore, Staples, London Drugs, and Walmart.
