Black Mountain
Black Mountain is a growing neighborhood about 10 miles from the city. Up on a bench, with beautiful views, the area attracts young and older families. It used to be that Black Mountain was comprised of mostly older homes; however, in recent years new home areas have been developed, from large luxurious single family houses to family-friendly townhome projects, Black Mountain has a home for everyone.

The area of Black Mountain is the area North of Mission Creek, and east of Hollywood Road South, east of Teasdale and Springfield Roads and due east at the junction of Springfield and Highway 33.
Black Mountain is a 20 km drive to Big White, approx. 10 minutes to Downtown Rutland, 20 minutes to downtown Kelowna, Hospital and Lake, and 20 minutes to Kelowna International Airport.
Amenities
The newest draw to Black Mountain is the master planned Black Mountain Golf Course, opening in Spring 2009. Surrounding the golf course is a community consisting of Single family, condos, and townhomes.
