The area between KLO Road and Barnaby Road, Okanagan Lake and Gordon Drive, Swamp Road and the lower level of Bellevue Creek Valley.
Lower Mission is a 5 minute drive to downtown Kelowna, 0-5 minutes to Kelowna General Hospital, 10-15 minutes to Orchard Park Mall and 30 minutes to Kelowna International Airport.

The Lower Mission has a wide variety of shopping and dining options. From major grocery stores and fast food outlets, to family establishments and fine dining, you really don't need to leave the area to get what you need. Along Pandosy, there are some fabulous boutique clothing and gift stores, and the Mission Park Shopping Centre has everything you need.
The area is close to Kelowna's most popular beach: Gyro Beach. Along the lake you will also find other beaches, parks, and beach access points. Banks in the area include Bank of Montreal, CIBC, and Royal Bank.
